Thai Lion Air Government Program

Term and Condition

  1. Privilege for Government and State Enterprises

    1. Free 45 Kgs. of baggage allowance and 20 Kgs. of sport equipment

    2. Free of charge for name correction and flight change (1 time each)

    3. Front row seat

  2. Reservation

    1. The ticket can be booked at least 4 hours before departure time.

    2. Seats could be reserved up to 7 passengers (only for Government and State Enterprise customer) per 1 Passenger Name Record (PNR)

    3. The ticket can be booked via call center (02-529-9933) on Monday-Friday at 08.30-17.30 hrs. The passenger must inform their Government or State Enterprises ID number to call center staff. Processing fee will be charged THB 107/passenger/transaction (included VAT) and the payment is accepted only via credit card.

    4. The ticket can be booked via ticket booth at the airports on Monday-Sunday at 04.00-22.00 hrs. The passenger must show their Identification card and Government /State Enterprises ID card to Thai Lion Air staff. The payment is accepted via credit card and cash.

    5. Seat may not be available for some flight

    6. The ticket must be booked with correct information as following;

      1. Passenger name (same with identification card)

      2. Travel date and time details

      3. Passenger mobile phone number and email address

    7. Once the transaction is complete, the ticket cancellation/refund is according to Thai Lion Air Terms and conditions.

    8. Passenger must check-in with Government or State Enterprises ID card at Thai Lion Air counter on departure date only. Those who do not bring their Identification card and Government /State Enterprises ID card, they cannot check-in and must purchase new ticket for that flight with current price.

    9. Lion-baggage is not allowed for Government and State Enterprise customer. If the baggage weight exceeds 45 Kgs, passengers must pay normal excess baggage fees at the airport.

    10. Seat selection can be made at check-in counter on departure date and depends on available seat on each flight.

    11. Passenger must follow Thai Lion Air terms and conditions.

  3. Itinerary Modification

    1. Name correction

      1. The modification can be made via call center (02-529-9933) on Monday-Friday at 08.30- 17.30 hrs. The first name correction is free of charge. The next name correction will be charged THB 750 plus processing fee THB 107 (VAT included)/ passenger/ transaction. The modification must be made at least 48 hours before departure time. The payment is accepted via credit card only.

      2. Modification can be made at airport ticket booth on Monday-Sunday at 04.00- 22.00 hrs. The first name correction is free of charge. The next name correction will be charged THB 750 (VAT included)/ passenger/ transaction. The modification must be changed at least 48 hours before departure time. The payment is accepted via credit card and cash.

      3. Thai Lion Air reserves the right to change passenger name in any case.

    2. Flight modification

      1. The modification can be made via call center (02-529-9933) on Monday-Friday at 08.30- 17.30 hrs. The first flight change is free of charge (including processing fee) but must be informed at least 24 hours before departure time and new flight must be within 90 days from previous flight departure. If over 90 days or the flight modification is during 24 hours to 4 hours before departure time, passenger will be charged THB 750 plus processing fee THB 107 (VAT included) and difference fare/ passenger/ transaction. The payment is accepted via credit card only.

      2. The modification can be made via airport ticket booth on Monday-Sunday at 04.00-22.00 hrs. The first flight change is free of charge but must be informed at least 24 hours before departure time and new flight must be within 90 days from previous flight departure. If over 90 days or the flight modification is during 24 hours to 4 hours before departure time, passenger will be charged THB 750 (VAT included) plus fare difference/ passenger/ transaction. The payment is accepted via credit card and cash.

      3. The next flight modification will be charged THB 750 (VAT included) /passenger/ transaction plus fare difference. The modification must be made at least 4 hours before departure time via airport ticket booth on Monday-Sunday at 04.00-22.00 hrs. and call center on Monday-Friday at 08.30- 17.30 hrs. For call center, the passenger will be charged processing fee THB 107 (VAT included)/ passenger/ transaction.

      4. The flight modification is prohibited 4 hours before departure time. Refund can be made follow terms and conditions.

      5. Schedule change or flight cancellation by Thai Lion Air follows Thai Lion Air terms and conditions.

      6. The flight modification cannot be made during public holiday and long weekend period.

      7. Others which not mention about flight and name modification follow Thai Lion Air terms and condition

    3. Thai Lion Air reserves the right to change the flight destination in any case.

    4. Thai Lion Air reserves the right to change fare rate, terms and conditions, or flight schedule without prior notice.

Remark:

  1. Identification card and Government/State Enterprises ID card must not be expired on Traveling Date
