15 March 2020 - As a review with recent Covid-19 outbreak situation, below is Thai Lion Air will be temporarily suspending its services between Bangkok (Don Mueang) to China and Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka) from 16 March 2020 to 31 March 2020.

Affected passengers will be offered the following options:

1.Rebooking:

1.1 One (1) change allowed

1.2 Change fee and fare difference will be waived

1.3 For passenger who has connecting flight to/from China and Japan must have same booking code

1.4 Subject to seat availability

1.5 Travel Validity date until 30 September 2020

2.Credit account:

2.1 Retain the value of your booking in the account of Thai Lion Air for next travel with Thai Lion Air.

2.2 The online credit account is to be redeemed before the traveling date for booking within 90 calendar days from the issued date of traveling. And can be applied new traveling date until 30 September 2020

3.Full refund:

3.1 Obtain a full refund in the amount equivalent to the original booking.
