สายการบินไทย ไลอ้อน แอร์ มีมาตรการขยายระยะเวลาช่วยเหลือผู้โดยสารจากสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรค COVID-19 สำหรับผู้โดยสารที่มีเที่ยวบินภายในประเทศ และที่เดินทางถึงวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2564 สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงตามรายละเอียดดังนี้
- ผู้โดยสารสามารถเลือกเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเดินทางได้1 ครั้ง หรือเก็บวงเงินไว้ใช้เดินทาง (Credit Shell) เพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเดินทางได้ภายในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2564 โดยไม่เก็บค่าธรรมเนียมการเปลี่ยนแปลง และไม่เก็บค่าส่วนต่าง ยกเว้น ผู้โดยสารที่เลือกเปลี่ยนวันเดินทางระหว่างวันที่ 25 - 27 พฤษภาคม 2564, 3 - 7 มิถุนายน 2564, 23 – 29 กรกฎาคม 2564, 12 – 15 สิงหาคม 2564, 24 – 26 กันยายน 2564, 12 - 14 ตุลาคม 2564, 21 – 26 ตุลาคม 2564, 3 – 7 ธันวาคม 2564, 9 – 13 ธันวาคม 2564 และ 25 – 31 ธันวาคม 2564 ผู้โดยสารจะต้องเสียค่าส่วนต่าง แต่ไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียมในการเปลี่ยนแปลง**
- สำหรับผู้โดยสารที่ทำการเก็บวงเงินไว้ใช้เดินทาง (Credit Shell)ภายในวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2564 และภายในวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2564 ระบบจะทำการเก็บวงเงินไว้ใช้เดินทาง (Credit Shell) โดยอัตโนมัติ ถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2564. หากผู้โดยสารต้องการเดินทางจะต้องแจ้งความจำนง ที่จะขอเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทาง ไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ชั่วโมง ก่อนเวลาเดินทาง
- ผู้โดยสารสามารถทำรายการเก็บวงเงินไว้ใช้เดินทาง (Credit Shell)และ/หรือ เปลี่ยนวันเดินทางได้ด้วยตัวเองผ่าน www.lionairthai.com โดยมีขั้นตอนการเก็บวงเงินไว้ใช้เดินทาง (Credit Shell) และ/หรือ เปลี่ยนแปลงเที่ยวบินด้วยตนเอง ด้วยตนเองดังนี้

- ผู้โดยสารไม่สามารถทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเส้นทางบินอื่นได้
- ผู้โดยสารไม่สามารถขอคืนเต็มจำนวน
- เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่สายการบินกำหนด

Thai Lion Air has extended the measures to assist passengers from the new wave of COVID-19 outbreak. Passengers who have flight until July 31, 2021 can manage as follow:
- Passengers can change the traveling date 1 time or keep a Credit Shell to change traveling date later. Credit Shell can be made by December 31, 2021 without changing fees and the difference fare is not charged. Exception for new traveling date between May 25 - 27, 2021, June 3 - 7, 2021, July 23 – 29, 2021, August 12 – 15, 2021, September 24 – 26, 2021, October 12 - 14, 2021, October 21 – 26, 2021, December 3 – 7, 2021, December 9 – 13, 2021 and December 25 – 31, 2021 passengers will be charged for the difference fares but fees waived for rebooking.
- For passengers who keep the Credit Shell within May 31, 2021 and July 15, 2021, the system will keep the Credit Shell automatically until December 31, 2021.
3.If passengers wish to travel, they must notify and change their traveling date at least 4 hours before the departure time.
- Passengers can manage a Credit shell transaction and / or manage the traveling date by themselves through Thai Lion Air’s website: www.lionairthai.com
